My version of what would have happened had Will received a Hollywood ending.

The last two years have been a nightmare for Will Traynor--a former successful businessman and current quadriplegic. Will gave his parents six months, and then he was to go to Switzerland to commit Doctor assisted suicide. In those six months, Will meets Louisa Clark who tries her best to change his mind. Just as time is about to run out, Lou is seriously injured in an accident. Will has to decide if he will go through with his plan, or if he will stay with her.

Louisa Clark thought its the end after Will Traynor's death. The clocks began to tick again when she received a scam email. And the rest of the story gave her life twists and turns. Who would have thought, the grave gave up the dead, when she met Andrew Burridge or shall we call you Mr. Andy Traynor?

This is an alternate ending to Me Before You because Will choosing to die absolutely BROKE MY HEART. I wanted to write a story about their life if he chose to live. Obviously these characters and the original story do not belong to me, but the wonderful JoJo Moyes, and I am just writing a continuation of the story she created.

Will Traynor never got hit and is still with the same girl. And Louisa Clark still works at the bakery she's been working at for 6 years now. I only saw the movie I will read the book. So I might base it more on the movie. Little spoilers. Not original idea copied from me before you. Un edited.

I'm quite late to the party, but I finally read this book and handled the ending about as well as most other readers. For my own peace of mind, here is the ending I would have written.

Pensamentos, pensamentos... Acordamos e já pensamos que o dia vai ser longo. Tomamos banho pensando na vida. Passamos o dia pensando naquele alguém especial ou naquele trabalho que temos de fazer. Quando estamos prestes a dormir, pensamos mais um pouquinho, quer dizer, um montão. Num dia, quantas histórias podemos criar? Onde os pensamentos podem te levar?

When Will leaves for Dignitas, Lou is heart-stricken. Stopped by her mum due to her thought of Euthanasia as 'murder'. As a month goes by, she sits by the corner of her bed, contemplating whether to get up and get dressed to look for a new job, the doorbell rings. She answers the door, what she sees before her eyes gave it that little gleam they had before Will left, and now, she knows it will always be there.

Louisa Clark is trying to breakup with her long-time-long-term-going-nowhere-boyfriend when she accidentally texts the wrong number. She doesn't know who the person is, or why they keep corresponding with her, but she comes to learn that they both seem to need one another more than they had thought.
