Fern never felt like she had a choice in her life it always seemed to be dictated by something else but determined to be with the love of her life who has helped her family so much she brakes free of the restraints of her responsibilities and choses love. This is a story after Dragon's Edge but before HTTYD 2 so they just help sick dragons and the occasional trader, but this story is not without the ships Hiccstrid, Heatherlegs and possibly Rufflout. Heather is now a fully fledged dragon rider because someone else now is ruling Beserker Island. Dagur is with Mala but sometimes stays over. ALL THE CHARACTERS BELONG TO CRESSIDA COWELL AND DREAMWORKS. Extract....... 'YOU DID NOT TAKE MY FAVOURITE AXE AND USE IT TO EXTRACT MONSTROUS NIGHTMARE GEL FROM HOOKFANG!' Astrid yelled. I wanted to make my story accessible to those who don't know German. But I don't speak English so well and so I just had my story "Dragons" translated by an online translator. Dagur's dragon, Sleuther, shows up at Dragon's edge, scared and riderless. Back at the base he seems to be slowly recovering, until his strange condition makes itself known. This takes place around the season 4-6 range. (warning for parasitism- sorta. This is the weirdest thing I've ever written, I'm so sorry.)
