The world of Alestia is on the precipice of dramatic change. A Rebellion has formed to challenge the Triumvirate, the rulers and supposed creators of the creatures of Alestia. The conflict has currently been one of secrecy and subterfuge, but both factions know that sooner or later that they'll have to raise the stakes and take the battle out of the shadows. The Rebellion has recently gained the upper hand, however, as they have secured one of The Triumvirate's most holy and powerful artifacts: the legendary Blade of Exodus, a weapon that grants its user powers like Alestia has never seen before. Meanwhile, in the quiet forest village of Valinorth, Seer Raziya Jadestar and his friends Valessa and Fortaime are about to be thrust into the middle of this conflict, and just might be the deciding factor in this fierce battle... This is a fanfic based off of Klace Husky's "Winds of Change," a visual novel that's, as of currently, still in production. It's based off of my own current run of the game, viewable on my YouTube channel Niko and Friends, however it won't be an exact beat-for-beat story. Let's just go with...loose adaptation.
