He has to go back to berk to free their dragons'. But ends up getting captured because of some eels. While back at his home, the most feared dragon controller plans an attack on Dragon's Edge... so basically the beginning of rtte watching the series i might be a lil slow updating but i'll try my best and i'm determined to finish the series

The Archipelago as been under attack for three hundred years. Thousands of dragons have fallen to blade, while hundreds of Vikings have died in flames. Both sides have grown to hate each other with different reasons. Until one faithful night, a boy and dragon come together. They seen the truth of both sides of this war. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III was an utter disappointment. The entire village hated him! Hiccup wasn't the average Viking. Scrawny, clumsy, and a runt. Hence the name. But when he befriended a dragon? A Night Fury nonetheless, the unholy offspring of lightning and death itself. They slowly save each other. Then one night, the two leave the lonely island of Berk to seek peace between humanity and dragons. Eight years later their worlds collide once again. Even if war is upon the horizon... (This is my first Httyd fanfic, so we will see how this goes. Sorry if the first few chapters seem rushed, I will do my best. If I offend anyone, please let me know so I can fix something. If you see a mistake, tell me. It won't hurt my feelings. This is rated T, but I will not be graphic so those of light heart may read. Some words are in Norse, so you can ask me or search them up. Also I don't own any Httyd characters, islands or landmarks. I only own mine made up islands and characters. Last but not least, this is not a Hiccstrid fanfic. I love hiccstrid but this is not one. Hiccup and Valka were taken and "killed" by dragons. Astrid and Fishlegs are runaways who were claimed to be traitors for befriending dragons. The two traitors make friends with three others. Astrid gets captured by an unknown rider. Gobber takes the last three teen-adults on a survival trip. Can the small band of dragon riders keep Fishlegs a secret from the Berkians? Will Astrid escape?
