I recently red "I Dub Thee; A warriors naming guide" and it really helped my with my warriors naming process. I want to do something like that, so I present The Dragon's Lexicon. it covers (or will cover) every aspect of naming in wings of fire, including tons of names for each and every tribe, fan tribes included at request.
