After losing his job at children's book store, he stumbles across a mysterious graphic novel and decides to keep it for his own comfort, unaware that a story about two runaway dragons will change him forever. This story is an alternative universe fanfiction that takes place during the prologue of Legends: Darkstalker and the events of Winglets #4: Runaway. This is my first time writing a WoF fanfiction, so any writing advice and feedback is appreciated. Six dragons destined for greatness. Five gaurdians yearning for power. Two continents divided. The only way to fulfil or fix these things? Liberating an island for trade. An island between Pyrrhia and Pantala is used as a trade stop by many navigators and merchants, but all of the dragons who stop and set up camp on the island end up going missing. This mystery caught the eye of a SkyWing, his twin brother, and their older brother while they were still young and on one of the trading expeditions. The twin's older brother disappeared on a stop and this enraged them, sending them on a rampage through the Mainland rainforest. This didn't go so well for the twins though... When the twins grew to be adults, a mysterious dragon gave them a vision of the future regarding the Lost Archipelago. The now two brothers and the female dragon gathered four eggs, and with these dragonets, they would try and teach them to be conniving and bloodthirsty against the hidden tribes of the islands. But two dragonet hide away safely on their own islands, with their tribes rather than their destined friends... - Credits go to the author of the Wings of Fire book series, Tui T. Sutherland. Flora grew up in the royal Mythwing palace- with absolutely no freedom of her own. Her parents, King Phoenix and Queen Reborn keep pressuring her to be the best. She hates life as a princess, which will get worse, because she is to be crowned at age 6 and become queen. Flora will be strictly confined to the palace, and might not even see the sky again. But on the big day, everything goes wrong. Before Flora knows it, she is kicked out of the Mythwing tribe with the evil Venomwing queen looking for her and wanting a supposedly destroyed ancient artifact from the Mythwings. Her life goes from messed up to completly messed up, and if she doesn't find out want want the Venomwings want, both tribes could be involved in another war. Flora isn't safe, and with dangers lurking everywhere, she must find out the truth about the two tribes...and herself.

It's been over two years since I have visited my first WOF fanfic..so let's finish what we started, shall we? I have improved much over these two years, and I hope I can retell my story in a more comprehensible light. I will not change major lore, nor characters. Please take note I have only read until Moon Rising during the time I wrote the original fic. Generations after the prophecy dragonets, the legend is still being told to this day. A new generation of strong-willed dragonets, facing against a foe that may end dragonkind forever.
