Attending classes, reliving nightmares, and struggling to forget her past are all normal for her, but when she meets a few dragons in a particular winglet, she unknowingly joins them on a path to save the world, all while keeping dark secrets and catching the eye of more than one dragon. Candle, unfortunately born into a world where his only known family member is Firebringer, his cruel and murderous father, has to hide his powers and escape his arena along with Dragonfly, his HiveWing friend. Since Venom was just a dragonet, a war between ToxicTails and WeatherTails killed his and his best friend's (crush) parents. Although the war is over, he's been training to become the leading general and plans to find the dragon who killed Venom and Acid's parents. Soon his combat teacher recommends him to the queen as a general. He and Acid are assigned to a group of other dragons his age who are the best and youngest generals to help him which includes a WeatherTail. Apparently, they have to embark on a mission to find this life-threatening flower. But the mission is a tricky one. A dragon has found a plant that is a threat to the continent. Rumor has it, that a village is infected. To make things worst, the Queen is one of them. Venom and Acid, along with his group, have to find the plant before it is a rising threat.

Together, they find an animus-cursed object. An animus dragon is a dragon with the ability to enchant objects with speech or thought. But with each spell, depending on how big a spell, eats away the animus's soul bit by bit, until they go insane. Unless the animus enchants something to protect their soul. Everglade is horrified. The MudWing queen accidentally touches it and becomes evil. The threesome struggle and toil to find a solution for the MudWing queen. Can they find a cure? Or will the MudWings have an evil ruler for as long as the queen lives(which will be a long, long, LONG time)? The threesome continue to struggle and try to figure out how to help, but then a mysterious goo suddenly ppears out of SEEMINGLY nowhere in the Sky Kingdom... Can they help the SkyWings AND save the queen before it's too late? This is by inspiration from Tui T. Sutherland's Wings of Fire series. There will be my own characters and Tui's mixed together. If you haven't read the series already, I recommend it, it's really exciting with lots of plot twists. And, of course, credits to Tui, because Wings of Fire is hers, not mine.
