It's been 50 years since the last prophecy had been told. 50 years since the Othermind had been eradicated. 50 years since Pantala and Pyyhria connect again. And over 2,000 years since Clearsight and her powers were last seen. That power of a dragon had not been seen in anyone else since then. Until one Nightwing hatched. And was met with more outcomes than she could ever process. Not only has this unusual power returned, so has danger. (Major Spoilers for The Flames of Hope!)

Three misfit dragonets stumble upon an abandoned NightWing one night while trying to find shelter from a terrible storm. It became clear that she had never left the cave she hatched in, and the others knew they could give her a real shot at life... but things become complicated very quickly, and an ominous prophecy threatens the NightWing's new life.

After the sudden assassination of Queen Thorn of the SandWings, Sunny's younger sister, Coyote, is left to rule the kingdom at only 5 years old. Being a young, paranoid queen, Coyote blames the Scorpion Den for Thorn's death. Little did everyone know that this would start a Civil War between the Den and the other SandWings. Everyone seems to be mad at Sunny for not stepping up for the throne at 12 years old and ending the war, even though she never wanted to rule a kingdom anyways. Besides, she's a hybrid. She can't become queen. Instead, Sunny will do the next best thing to stop the war. She will hunt down who murdered her mother like a wild animal and when she does, kill them viciously and mercilessly. But on her way, she meets a dragon that might change her life forever. Will Sunny succeed in her mission, or will the war drag on endlessly?

As you can see I have finally changed my cover to my OC Stormbringer, I still need to put the wings of fire logo on the front and an actual background. Mind reading. Cool, isn't it? Well, not exactly. Dreamweaver is a rain/nightwing hybrid who was born with teardrop scales, something that the nightwings were supposed to NOT have anymore due to their mind reading powers being taken away. But Dreamweaver was unlucky and she was given that power somehow, but she doesn't know why. There has also been some...stories going around saying that dragons are kidnapping and murdering offspring from cross-tribes breeding as they are "evil". Is that really true? So she trains an alliance to track down and kill these murders. But her powers eventually get in her way, so...will she actually complete her life-long mission of stopping these murderers? !!this story does contain cursing and lots and lots of gore, so if you don't like that stuff, I will but trigger warnings at the beginning of every chapter with those kinds of heavily triggered topics!!

Peace has come to Pyrrhia ... for now. The war between the tribes is finally over, and now the dragonets of the prophecy have a plan for lasting peace: Jade Mountain Academy, a school that will gather dragonets from all the tribes and teaches them to live together, perhaps even as friends. Dreamcatcher couldn't be anymore excited to start at school. Bored to death in the rainforest and looking for new friends, he's as curious as he is unsure. Born with the faint ability to sense emotions and read minds, Dreamcatcher has gathered that not every dragon has his power. However, living with so many new and fascinating dragons leaves him too enamored to be careful. In just a few days, Dreamcatcher finds that this school may not be as innocent as it seems, and when he is roped into trouble while trying to reconnect with a childhood friend, things become even darker. With his newfound winglet, can Dreamcatcher protect them all, and prove that he is a worthy friend? Or will he lose his chance to connect with other dragons, as he so desperately wants to? Hello! Sagenite is a Skywing Princess who has been isolated from Phyrria and the ten tribes her entire life, and for good reason: She's the first firescale in the kingdom in centuries. The only dragon she knows or trusts is her mother, Princess Zircon. When she hears that her poor fireless brother is being sent to Jade Mountain Academy, she makes the courageous decision to go with him to keep him safe - very unlike Sagenite. But going comes with a consequence; Not only must she find out why her brother has been acting up, but she must learn how to navigate an academy full to the brim with dragons and try to make friends.. even with her firescales. This is a work in progress novel. Previously published chapters may be edited or unpublished for further editing. There is no consistent deadline or release date of chapters at this time. As the youngest, she was the heir to the FlashWing throne, destined to hold power and influence over an entire tribe of dragons. As a princess, she was respected and loved by the entire community. As a FlashWing, she was protected and safe from dangers outside the FlashWing world. And as one of the only two Morphers of the kingdom, she was treasured, watched over, sought out for blessings and advice. But as time passed, Moonsong began to turn away from this life. And when her family turned her away, the entire FlashWing kingdom following their lead, Moonsong was left behind. A phantom. A wraith. A ghost. Forgotten.

WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITIES... Nightrunner is an animus NightWing, and he was living a pretty normal life. Then someone came, took his memory, and left him in a state of confusion. Also, it was getting him into trouble. Naturally, he sought out a place where he (somewhat) knew he could use some help: The Jade Mountain Academy. With the sequential disappearance of the students at the school, though, things didn't help much. So, along with the help of two dragonets named Tyler and Katabatic, he soon realized there was a subtle yet sinister plot to the mysterious loss of the students there and the horrible truth behind his amnesia. Will he uncover the plot and get his memory back? Or will the Academy fall once more underneath the hands of another ruthless villain? And yet there was a secret power lurking inside one of the three, waiting to be awakened... Wings of Fire belongs to Tui T. Sutherland.

Woo a story for my Seawing/Nightwing, Lake, one of my oldest WoF characters! This story may have more mature and heavy themes than the source books, so just be mindful when reading. I wrote the first twelve chapters in roughly 2019, so this is partially a rewrite and a continuation of the story ive had for almost seven years now :)
