So I don't really know what to say here, this is a book made up of inspirational quotes found on the Internet, said by celebrities and in my favourite books that have helped me and I hope can help others. At this point I feel I should write something mushy about how its all going to be ok and everything will work out in the end, but the truth is I don't know that, we just have to have hope that it will. In the mean time we just have to sit tight and enjoy the ride. I started collecting these quotes in year 10 (at the age of 15) and have sporadically updated it since. When I first started collecting these quotes the only experience I had of mental heath issues was from my friends and family who suffered and what I had read on the internet - not the most reliable of sources - but I hope this can help regardless.
