A brutal war. A girl raised as a proud soldier, all too willing to fight and die for her country. A man whose life has been shattered, remade into one of fear and rage and hate. A boy who is caught in the web of politics, who experiences horrible things not meant for anyone, much less a child as young as he. This is a tale of two countries at war, and the lives of the people who reside there, featuring some supernatural powers, heavy religion, and some quite frankly terrible people. The story and its characters are my creation; any similarity to other works or to current events is not intended. Plagiarism is not acceptable... honestly, have a bit of self-respect. I don't particularly care if you vote for this work or not. My only desire is feedback so that I can become a better writer. AWARDS * FGU Awards November: Best Death Scene (1st Place). * Drill Sergeant Award (Best Dialogue). * Seraph Awards: Honorable Mention. * Snowflake Awards: 2nd Place, Fantasy. The Mystical Awards Winner for chicklit category!! Cover made by @Youtube_Addict6 Liana Hall loves Gabriel Stone from the core to the back, even after being aware of the fact that the teen singer does not know of her existence. She designs fan pages and follows him on every social networking site possible. At the earliest opportunity, Liana jumps over the line and tries to contact him by sending a fanmail, and attaches the link of a video of her singing one of his best songs, without revealing her appearance. The miracle happens and Gabriel replies to her mail, praising her efforts and encouraging her to get into music. However, Liana is forced to complete her senior year in London and live with her so called mom. But, what if London has some plans in store for her, and she gets to meet the popstar for real? It's a thick cliché.
