As the sun rises on the fiftieth annual Hunger Games, terror rises amongst the districts of Panem. This year, twice as many tributes will be ripped from their homes. In District 3, Laurie Barnett is trying not to consider being reaped. All she wants is to do is make it through the day. When Laurie's name is called, she can feel all her hopes shatter. She's torn from her District and shuttled to the Capitol with three other District 11 tributes: her brother's best friend, a seamstress, and an unlucky boy. With her odds being so slim, most assumed she would be dead within a day. But something, or someone, reminds her who this battle is truly against, and how far they may go to win the great war.

Every year, the tributes fight in the Hunger Games arenas. Every year, the citizens of Panem and the Capital watch. And every year, the mentors have to watch from the mentors room, famed Victors themselves, and almost entirely unable to bring home another Victor. Nobody's ever said that a Victor's life got easier after the games ended.

This is a tale about a boy who must navigate the capital after being reaped into the games. The story starts with Ilias being trained by his mentor Beetee and continues to navigate through his games and dealing with the aftermath. OC is FTM

The quarter quell seems to be going as normal until Katniss, Peeta and Finnick recieve an sos message from Haymitch telling them to work together with the other Victor's. What happened outside the games and are the Victor's the only people left alive?

Beetee Elliot had always been a quiet and shy guy himself. Along with his mentor Circuit, they both were the only victors of District Three. However, they both do not realize that a new girl was coming along to win for the technology district. Wiress Avery was the quiet girl, that still acts like a child. After her games she figures out that she can not speak full sentences any more, but Beetee can still understand her. Will these two become companions? Or more than friends?

Another year. Another Games. Another Victor. Sometimes all you can do is run. Other times? You can hide before they can find you. Most of the time? Say fuck it and make the most out of it.

Johanna Mason doesn't like other victors...mostly. The nerds from District 3, Beetee and Wiress, are acceptable people, if a little insane. Blight is also acceptable, of course, if not because he makes Johanna laugh. Though of course it would be better if he'd stop calling her 'The lion cube'... Yes, she knows of the horrors that take place in the game and YES, she knows she's likely to die, but she's always been reckless. She's always done things that kept everyone on their toes. She refuses to fit in, and she loves to make a splash. So, when she gets the idea to volunteer during the reaping she doesn't wait very long to jump on it.
