30 year old runs away from home

I know, I've been there, we all have. That weekend when you suddenly feel exhilarated to clean and scrub your entire room. No reason, you just have a lot of energy pent up. The rest of the day went on a blur, you're exhausted but everything's orderly, feeling accomplished you head for your laundry. It must have been the rushing water, the detergent, the dirty clothes or the silence- something triggered in you and memories overflowed. Every brush, each rinse became riddled with emotions, you can't stop yourself so you talked to him, to her, to yourself. You're not insane. It's okay. It's a passage of rite for those with a broken heart.

I read once some where that if you're feeling something you can't express out loud write it down and maybe you might feel better. So here I am Randomly writing down all the words scenarios and emotions that swamp me during the day it might not make sense but I don't make sense most of the time. They'll also be quotes and songs short stories it's super random... so ja here it goes please do comment if need be I would like to know if you relate feel the same been here... It's nice knowing that I'm not alone.

There are things we cannot say out loud. Words we would rather not hear, and yet they live within. There are memories so cold a shoulder, things that spasm and writhe and spit all over our insides with the aim to snuff out our very lives. Because of who I am and where I come from, I cannot share these feelings in my real world. I have noone to lean on and reminiscence over the tiny things that pebble in my heart. I only write because when I wrote 2 years ago, I managed to survive again. So here I am dear world, and this time, I'm not running away from memories or people or things. "I'm running away from myself..."
