Saya Salamander has had it rough. rejected by her mate, forced to leave her pack and her wolf merging with her from the stress leaving her to do the manual shift alone. she now lives as a "regular wolf" near a witch(she totally knows Saya is a werewolf but has no quads with her being around.) she basic deliveries for the witch and screws off to the pond a mile off when she does her weekly shift back. she steps onto reaper territory while delivering a package for an older lady and from then on, Saya is dubbed the "big doggy." and is given pets and treats when she is spotted by the locals. the local reapers aren't too happy about it. neither is her old pack.

Nearly a year ago, Emma had stepped into Mystic Falls for the first time in her life, never expecting that a small town in Virginia would have the power to change the course of everything. But it did. And then it all fell apart. Four months later, she's done with hiding. She's done running and living in fear. Emma's settled; in the one place that came closest to being home. The French Quarter came with its own dangers, but with right friends and the right allies by her side, Emma has nothing to fear. At least until familiar faces start showing up in the streets of New Orleans, bringing with them not only a shift in power, but memories Emma had been working hard to move on from. To forget.
