The pup yelped as the bear came running after him. Solar didn't know what to do. He looked around trying to see a place to hide from the monster. His eyes widen in panic as the bear was coming closer to his pelt. Solar rushes into a bramble bush not flinching as the blood splattered all over his pelt. Dying it into a crimson red. He turns around letting a thorn slicing his eye open. He screams in pain. Then he heard a bang and the giant creature fell to the ground. The pup sitting in the bush covered in his own blood gasping for air. Then he saw them. The humans. Taking the bear away. He sniffed the air only smelling his fresh blood. " They are probably gone." He says, his voice is faint. He exits the bramble and enters into a clearing. He howls in sorrow at the moon while the limp bodies of his pack lay dead....
