When Izuku Midoriya turned 4, instead of getting one of his parents quirks he got the quirk 'Wolf'. It gave him wolf ears and tail, and he can do anything a wolf can do. But he has another quirk he doesnt know about till he was 7. 'Transformation' He can turn into any LIVING thing, other then humans. When his parents found his quirk wasnt one of theres, they abandon him in an allyway. Then to make sure he doesnt come back to them, they move. Luckily for Izuku, The Rabbit Hero: Mirko, runs into him. Shes quick to adopt and protect him. Izuku Midoriya is a child born in a world where 75% of the people had quirks and 5% didn't have any. What of the other 20%? So rare that quirk specialists can't detect whether a kid has one or not. Which makes children think that they are quirkless. Mutation quirks appear when a kid is around the age of 8, while normal quirks are supposed to appear around age 4. Mama Inko might not be that nice. Just saying. Everything change after deku was deemed quirkless. His parents forgotten and neglected him, his sister and friends bullied him and almost killed him and after 8 years of torture his was kidnapped and experiment to be turn into a nomu. He returned and he's not the same person for before.
