With super powered criminals stretching the ZPD to breaking point, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are assigned to protect Zootopia Biolab's new particle accelerator during it's activation. But unknown to them, everything about their world is about to change, all it takes is a flash of lightning. New friends and new enemies will rise, and Zootopia is going to need the Justice League's help.

While practicing his speed, Barry Allen once again breaks the dimensional barrier, traveling to a different Earth in the Multiverse. Now, stranded in Zootopia, he finds himself working with Nick and Judy on a case that involves criminals being upgraded with cybernetic abilities, while also trying to find a way home.
