Chris, a 16-year-old teenager, is a huge fan of Harry Potter. Along with her love for the wizarding world, she deeply admires the works of Emekasign, a well-known Harry Potter fanfiction author. Like many other Potterheads, she dreams of one day living in the magical world. Inspired by Emekasign, Chris begins writing her own fanfiction. But just when her story is taking shape, tragedy strikes-she gets into a terrible accident. At the brink of death, she encounters Death itself. But Life hasn't given up on her yet. Choosing to intervene, Life offers her a second chance. When Chris wakes up, she finds herself in the Wizarding World-but not just any version. She is in the very world she created, the story she never finished, the ending she never wrote. What makes it even more terrifying is that her memories are hazy, as though they were never truly hers to begin with. She believes everything will turn out fine. Salish and Nidal have been inseparable since they were basically babies, but living in two different states makes things incredibly hard. Between the long-distance FaceTime calls, the surprise airport runs, and the terrifying real-life accident that almost changed everything forever, they've always been each other's absolute safe spot. Now, they are fifteen and sixteen, and the pressure of the internet is getting way too heavy to carry. The fans are shipping them harder than ever, the comments are getting louder, and pretending that they are "just best friends" is starting to feel like a giant lie. When the studio lights turn off and the mics are finally unplugged, they have to face the truth of what they actually mean to each other. Because some secrets are too big to keep hidden behind a screen.

Amber Vince knows everyday holds a different surprise but we might not like them all. Marriet Mable just wants to find love and fit in. Justice Lincoln wished he thought love didn't exist. Daven Arthur wants to break from his mold and get the girl. Brooklyn Claire wishes she could be a stable person, that she didn't love the boy. Cameron Rae wants to be a star; but they all burn up somehow. In an imperfect world and even more so high school filled with teenagers, how many mistakes can one make? And what is a mistake really?
