A young couple, Sam and Jay, inherit a haunted mansion and, unaware of their invisible housemates, plan to turn it into a B&B. With a teenage daughter... Their lives become much more complicated after a fall causes Sam and Brooke to see the ghosts. Cheerful freelance journalist Samantha, teenage daughter ,Brooke and Jay, an up-and-coming chef from the city, throw both caution and money to the wind when they decide to convert a huge run-down country estate they inherited into a bed-and-breakfast--until they discover that it is inhabited by the spirits of many deceased former residents. CBS ghosts/ ghosts us oc x oc In which Theadora, being european royalty, visited woodstone house on her trip to America. While on her visit she was murdered by her American lover and they are forced to spend eternity trapped in the house.

I started writing this story mostly because I wanted Sass to finally have a girlfriend for goodness sake. Rose Harth ends up dead on the property of Woodstone Mansion, not quite realizing it at first and especially not especially coming to terms with it. She now has to deal with all of these new fellow ghosts, who are all quite strange. One of them she especially has personal beef with, Sasappis. She would be quite happy to avoid him for the rest of her ghostly life, but he just has to like the same chair near the window for sitting in the sun, doesn't he? This story is mostly a comedy but there will also be some fluffy romance (no smut). As I'm writing, I'm realizing probably gonna be a bit of a slow burn and also enemies to lovers.
