Some things don't arrive fully formed. Some thoughts stop mid-sentence. Some feelings refuse to be named. Some hours pass without ever quite becoming anything and yet they leave a mark anyway. The Unfinished Hours is a collection of poems and scattered thoughts written in the margins of ordinary days. About the things that happen between the big moments. The quiet aches. The half-realizations. The 2am clarity that disappears by morning. No particular order. No grand conclusion. Just what was true when it was written. For the ones who think too much and feel even more.

I'm not good. Though my influence is strong and that's what I think will make this Turn out okay.

Translating abstract thought into words and language; it's something we all do every day without realising, and an ability we shouldn't take for granted. I will be posting poetries, written by me, all works are original and if you post something from this account, please give proper credits! I hope you guys enjoy this book. Here's a little about me! This is Shikhar Singhal, from India and Spoken word poetries gave me this interest, thanks to artists like Sarah Kay and Phil Kaye. I write because it have helped me excape my demons, I've been finally able to open up to myself, taking out those bottled up emotions, the other reason is that I wish to make a difference, by what I write, I want to inspire people and make a tad, and I feel that poetry is the best way to express oneself and that it can leave an powerful impact on one's life. This is my Life's Motto, to me a difference and help people in need, in what ever way I can. And in this case, by being open about my story, by sharing my live experiences with my pieces.

A message for bullies who always judge with bias!

I'm bleeding.... It's strange! I wasn't cut with a knife, I wasn't shot with a gun, I wasn't hit by a car, I didn't fall off the stairs, Yet I'm bleeding! Why do I keep searching for answers to mysteries that never exists? Why do I always feel like an ill- fitting fabric? Overloud thoughts creeps into my head and drives me in a state of discombobulation, I wish I could hold a fistfight with my dilemma, This situation is far beyond dodgy, I just want to flee! Then again how's it possible for me to run away leaving behind my mind? There's something murky about some people I see, Is this my intuition? Is it a misconception? I try so hard as not to be twee because when I'm simple I become available to be broken, Then again I can't help but be twee and eventually I get disappointed. I'm bleeding but no one can see, I'm in pain apparently only I can feel, A joy I had the world has killed, Step by step I hope I'd heal, A lot of lies people tell about me I wish their lips would seal, I totally feel like an invincible deal.
