The night before Will and Deanna's wedding, Worf and Tasha pick up where they left off seven years earlier. The next morning, it becomes clear it's not necessarily the reunion they'd been seeking. Tasha's always been there for him - through the loss of K'Ehelyr, raising Alexander alone, and the loss of Jadzia. Only, she's grown tired of being Worf's fallback. What Tasha doesn't know is that Worf has always been afraid of his feelings for her. Because everytime Worf's allowed himself to get close to someone, they've died. He almost lost Tasha on Vagra II. He did lose K'Ehelyr and then Jadzia. Worf is determined not to lose her too.
