On the post-apocalyptic exoplanet 'Copper-9', devoided of humans, worker drones eke out a new civilization while hiding from rogue robots called 'Murder Drones'. Viscous killing machines. A Worker drone, and two of these Murder Drones, somehow befriend each other as they uncover a mystery about the dying planet, all the while trying to kill eachother. An AU heavily inspired by Warhammer 40k. Crossover pretty much, and just to make clear this is a fanfic, unofficial, not monetized and not endorsed whatsoever. After Copper-9 goes dark, the company decides to deploy a single cruiser to find out what has happened. It's presumed the local worker drones had gone rogue. Yet, the threat may be more complicated than a few rogue drones for the taint of corruption runs deep, as the Solver is Absolute in it's directive. The situation rapidly deteriorates, and a threat rises that may threaten all that humanity has built up to this point. The final hope of humanity rests upon the chosen of the company. Victory, or death. For the company! For humanity!

I ADORE Murder Drones. And I've come across my fair share of AU's and I've wanted to try one... This is my first take on an AU of any fandom, so please bear with any awkward mistakes. (First book/fanfiction, so forgive me if my grammar is bad or the story is kind of lame! I also might forget some of the story since my memory isn't that good, forgive me for that too!)

Being in Core 24 for almost a month, Serial Designation J has finally learned to adapt to the Exoplanet's stormy environment, and the colony in it. Several citizens are quite skeptical with her being part of the R.D.S. considering the fact that she is one of the robots that murder their people. Although rumors about J are true, she's doing all that she can to be better as a reformed and now citizen of Core 24. Recently J, alongside her friends Sven & Elise, are assigned on a mission to unveil traces of the Absolute Solver's remains by travelling across space and set a course to another Exoplanet and one that hasn't been eaten by Cyn called Rainfall 62. In doing so she meets a Disassembly Drone among the forests, not much like herself. Reminders 1. After the series of chaos, breakdown and turning points, Worker Drones finally lived a normal, peaceful life, but that doesn't stop the Absolute Solver from constantly nagging on Uzi and doing "its" own thing. It wasn't until one day when Uzi got a ping from the labs, she was determined to find the source of it, along with the help of her parents and friends. Little did she know, the Absolute Solver had a plan to play with its host, and certainly Uzi is not just an ordinary host. She's someone..... valuable.

The company, as responsible as ever, inspects the situation and works in the shadows.
