Our protagonist, Skylar, is the oldest of five, so she's learned some tricks to deal with her siblings over the years. Her parents work multiple jobs a day just to provide for the family, but Skylar seems to be the only one who knows how hard it is for them. At only 12, she has to deal with her siblings every day, but one special day near Christmas, she gets an idea that she hopes will change their lives forever. She finds something that is fun for both her and her siblings, and she has dreams of helping her parents too. Everything goes well until the struggle of dealing with the kids gets to her, and the whole idea starts to crash. Will the importance of family and their tight bond win over their struggles that life throws at them? Follow Skylar's journey as you rediscover the importance of family, especially near the holidays.
