Hali had always known they were different - but who gets through high school without thinking that? Nonbinary, raised by an Orthodox Jewish father and no mother, with a dream of being a creator; all these things added up to them always wavering between feeling cursed and special. As strange events begin to occur around Hali, they start to wonder what secrets their family has kept from them. Why their father never said a word about Hali's mother - other than that they did not create a matrilineal tie to the faith. Will Hali embrace destiny or will they not be able to get enough time off from their dead end jobs to make it to their hero's journey. (Weekly Updates on Fridays Starting 10/01)
