Aerobic Exercise also referred to as Cardio, helps not only in weight loss but also in reducing the risk of heart diseases. They burn a hell lot of calories even if you do it for only 30 min, 4 times a week. Even simply walking, especially brisk walking is also an exercise as it does burn some calories and keeps the heart rate going.
In addition to this they are also great for your mental health and helps in fighting depression.
