After Mater gets his best friend, star race car Lightning McQueen, a spot in the very first World Grand Prix, he is given the job of pit crew chief. But while they are in Japan, Lightning's (and Chick's) son, Kevin "Cake" McQueen crosses paths with Holley Shiftwell, a spy searching for an American spy. Unknown to Cake, the American spy attached a tracking device on him while being attacked. Thinking the race car is the youngest spy, Holley and another spy, Finn McMissile, take Cake around the world to find and stop an evil plot created by "lemons", old cars considered ugly. Note: I Only Own My OCs. Note: Kevin "Cake" McQueen Is The Main Protagonist In This Story.

But, as they compete across the globe, a sinister plot begins to unfold amongst the shining lights of the racing world, and one of the gang's members will put everything on the line to protect the ones they care for, and prove they are more than what they are in reality.
