The world of the Objects is not made of matter, but of memory. Every Object is born from a human's history, ritual, or longing, gaining life when their symbolic weight becomes too great to vanish. But memory is fragile. Lately, something has begun to unravel: histories erased, emotions hollowed, moments lost. The Objects, bound by their ties to memory, begin to fade. A summons draws them together in a twilight conservatory at the city's edge. At first, they think it coincidence. But soon, they learn: they have been gathered to preserve-or bury-the last remnant of memory before the unraveling swallows all.
