Nobody seems to care anymore. The world is falling apart around us and they don't seem to notice. Our world is becoming toxic because of us. People are getting caught in radioactive waves. They aren't dying though. I should know, I am one of those people. The waves don't kill, they change you. Everyone who has been caught in a wave has some sort of powers.
