Her own parents are the most blind to her talent, only seeing her as a heavy burden and a useless little thing, neglecting her greatly. When she steps foot into Crunchem Hall, she knows what has to be done. "Sometimes, you have to be a little bit naughty." Miss Honey is the teacher of the lowest form, hiding her secret between her and the Trunchbull from everyone. She recognizes talent when she sees it, and she can see the spark in Matilda's eyes. Even if the Trunchbull and her rotten parents won't see it, Miss Honey will see to it that Matilda gets the attention she deserves. "It's not a lot, but it's enough for me." When Matilda and Hortensia recognize each other's burning desire to fight back, the two agree to start a rebellion. To fight back. I own only the plot and some of the OCs. Many of the scenes and songs are borrowed from the book and movie. But Penelope never asked for anything unrealistic, as she didn't want to bother her parents. Penelope and Matilda got along, they may not be close but they do bond over books. Penelope never really told their parents she reads, in fear they will treat her differently like they do Matilda. Penelope always knew she was different. She never wanted to date boys, no matter how many late night gossips she had with her mother. She later finds out why, as she gets to know a girl with a broken wrist and red beret.. What will enrolling into school lead to? What will happen? Will she stand up to the nasty headmistress?
