There are many help groups in Wattpad, with admins that set up books to help those with problems, but this will just be about depression and anxiety. Not every day problems, unless it relates to the conditions. I suffer from anxiety, and have suffered from it for nearly all of my life. I know it well enough to know that I will never be cured of it, and there's nothing I can do but to accept that I am anxiety. I am one with it. I'm reaching out to help those that feel they may suffer from depression or anxiety, and to offer my advice and to listen. Inside this book you will read my fears, my day-to-day struggles and if you relate, you can PM me with any questions. I don't want people to be ashamed of it, or to be afraid of it, I want you to own it. To know you are it. Hello my dear poets! My name is Ndubisi Ikponmwosa Otabo. Call me Dubi or perhaps Ndi, Di or NIJO. I find it fun creating new nicknames and monikers to go by. Honestly, I have never scrivened a poetry publication. I have read some poems from different anthology, sure! Have done little writing for them, so please enjoy these literary compositions that I have transcribed.

It's a very nice school year, a girl named kath is moving to a new school. She's vey nervous and scared, she hoped for the best. She hugs her friend Julian goodbye and doesn't let go for a minute. When she gets to her new house she loves it a lot, mostly her bedrooms though. She got it her new school and looks around for anyone to talk to, a girl that she doesn't know walks up to her. This girl seems very weird and Kath does not like it. And than when she walks into the school a guy she finds cute is in the doorway. Read the book to jump into her life.

I wrote this because I feel like, many people go through the same struggle, constantly questioning their true desires and dreams in life, feeling like everything is meaningless and not meant for them.

This is a collection of letters I wrote until now to admit things to myself, to document unexpressed feelings, to say goodbye, to praise, and to begin anew. These letters helped reach zero and also helped me make things more real, build conclusions, and strengthen arguments. These letter were instantaneous, needy, and most of all, unspoken parts of me.
