Phoebe Salgado is a 17 year old Junior at East Lansing High School but she's not your ordinary teenager as you may think- she's also the daughter of the most feared, vicious, remorseless, and savage alpha in all of the territories combined. Although, she doesn't fit the usual "alpha profile" instead she has been classified by her peers, as an abomination, a loser, a low life- a nerd.

Just some of my thoughts. How depression can eat you alive. How anxiety affects everything you do. How your sanity is on the verge of losing. How just some simple words can destroy you. How it feels to be me

In this song, I wrote about the feelings of worthlessness. I wrote this to express my reaction to experiencing that men have no inherent worth in society. The only way they achieve love or success is under the condition they provide something, that they have to extrinsically subsidize their lack of inherent worth. Otherwise, they will be invisible and left behind. This rigidity in the system can feel dehumanizing and isolating. This system is what causes trauma and pain on both sides. And we keep perpetuating it. The only way forward is to continue dismantling this archaic patriarchal system that has diseased humanity for so long. This will probably take longer than I will be alive. So I have to come to accept my value in this transitional period in society.

Insecurities can be bone shivering. it can make you feel worthless but trust me -a girl who has an uncountable number of self doubts - when I tell you that it will disappear before you even realize it.

Sadness

I talk about depression and self harm. This is quite personal to me and I will try to update it as much as possible. I hope this will come as an emotional release for me, it's my first time writing all of this down and please no negative comments.

I wrote this short essay when there wasn't a lot of clarity in my life and I needed to remind myself of the power I was holding in my words and my actions. If you are feeling weak, I wrote this for you.

It is a story about a man who does not live for a himself and is scared about how people may think of him.

Would you still have some hope, even the smallest bit, that they'd actually come look for you, or would you sit in the darkness, awaiting for death?
