Wrecking Stories

These are not letters meant to be read. They were never sent. Never finished. Sometimes never even addressed. Unsent Letters from a Disappearing Mind is a collection of fragments-thoughts written in the spaces where words start to fail and something quieter, heavier takes their place. Each page feels like catching something mid-fall: conversations that never happened, truths that came too late, emotions that had nowhere to go except inward. There is no clean narrative here. No resolution. No moment where everything turns and makes sense again. Just a voice documenting its own fading-slow, aware, and unable to stop it. These letters are not written for closure. They are written because silence became louder than speaking, and this was the only way to leave proof that something was here before it started to disappear. Not every story ends. Some just... stop being heard.

"I know you're there" He said loudly and clearly. He just saw a flash and a girl dashed. He ran after her, and after a moment he got close enough to her that he could grab her shoulder. He did, coming to a stop and trying to turn her around at the same time. It didn't work, as she turned but fell backwards. She sat up, but was looking down, wiping her face. She seemed so much more familiar as he looked down at her. "Are you okay?" He asked worried. The girl had scars along her arms, she was in a torn dress, her hair was knotted, her tights were ripped, and she seemed covered in dirt. She looked up at him, and her eye's widened in realization. His did as well. They just stayed there frozen in shock of the others presence. "Kennedy" Quigley said after a moment, breaking the silence. "Quigley" she breathed. "You're alive" they said together. Quigley walked towards her, but she scrambled to her feet and he stopped. *** This is a OC x Duncan Quagmire.
