Wherein two girls find themselves falling in love thru screens, late-night calls, and quiet conversations that slowly turn into something deeper. Ivy never expected that a simple friend request would lead to a relationship built on distance and secrets. What started with "Halu" became daily routines, shared dreams, and promises of almost forever. But being in love isn't always simple-esp when faith, family, and expectations begin to interfere. Sometimes love isn't enough. And sometimes, almost forever is all you get.

When Wren Lovelace walked into her new school, she had no idea she'd be crushing on the cute guy who sat next to her by the end of the day. She also had no idea he had an identical twin, and she certainly had no idea she'd be in the middle of two boys and their confusing feelings. Nico and Ryan Reinhard were the most popular boys in their class. Girls fawned over them, guys wanted to be them. Nico was the older, quieter, observant twin, whereas Ryan was the younger, charismatic and rowdy. When a pretty, new girl walks into Music class, Nico is instantly intrigued. This is the first girl he's seen that plays a guitar. Luckily for him, the teacher makes them pair up, because they are the only two guitarists in the whole class. When Ryan stumbles into class late on the first day of Grade 10, the only seat left is next to a new, cute girl. He finds out her name is Wren, and he's determined to win her over. But the only thing stopping him is Nico, who's paired with her for the term for Music lessons.

Despite finding her best friend, Sabine can't help but feel a part of her is missing, and she finds herself turning to her most unlikely ally to put them together: Grand Admiral Thrawn! However, Thrawn has his own Agenda, one that involves Ezra and Sabine, and he is determined to see it through to the end. Thrawn isn't the only one with a hidden agenda. The Irizi family have their own plans for Ezra and his friends, and it may involve an unlikely alliance among the several beings to escape not just with their lives, but with a chance at ever seeing the rest of their friends again!

Unfortunately, that doesn't happen. Brodie falls in love with Molly's best friend Decker, and soon enough he's in love with her as well. Soon the loved-up couple are trying to set up Molly and her other best friend Jasper - but Molly doesn't want him, or any other guy for that matter. Molly feels broken and she doesn't know what's wrong with her. When her parents pressure her to dance professionally, Molly can't take the pressure. She goes to Ryan, but he can't help; he's just had his fourth kid and he's got no time for her. Hurt and lonely, Molly turns to an old friend who she hasn't seen in over a decade, who's come for Nico's wedding: Gracie Wethers.
