They were best friends, but Miles would always act aggressive around him. Poor Phoenix's heart would shatter whenever Miles acted like that. It's time for them to let go of the doubt. This time, they'll stay true to those feelings. After all, who knows how long this life will last? Is it always worth it to keep waiting? Sure, he was disappointed with how the man could act at times, but despite all that, his admiration survived somewhere deep in him, protected by the hope that, one day, Mr Wright would get back to what he used to be. Yet, he would deny with his whole being that over his first months working at the Wright Anything Agency this admiration had grown into something more. Something stronger. After the loss of his mom, Phoenix is adopted into the von Karma family, and accepted as one of their own. This is an Ace Attorney fanfiction, also Wrightworth warning.

Pearl believes that Mr. Nick (aka Phoenix Wright) is Maya's special someone, and has done all she can to get them together. Maya tells her to stop, as there is nothing between them, but what if there was something between two other people? Namely two childhood friends? This story is about Maya and Pearl attempting to get Phoenix and Miles together in the most inconspicuous but obvious ways. (If there's any part of this story that seems out of character or there are errors, please let me know and I'll fix them. Thank you!) Cover art by me.

I did give up on this fic, but there is more info at the end in case you were planning on reading and want to hear about the future of this fic. Miles Edgeworth knows he didn't kill his father. I mean, his boyfriend proved it, right? But even so, a little part of his mind just can't let go of the notion. Phoenix Wright doesn't know what he did to make Miles do this. He doesn't know what caused it. Maybe it was him. Maybe it was the trial. But he never was sure. This story will hopefully not die. I'm trying to get ideas for it, so it isn't fully formed, I'm still gonna keep testing things out, and uploads will most likely be few and far between, so sorry if you wanted any sign of normalcy in my writing schedule. Of course, I'm not claiming to own any of these characters, just making some fanfic, please don't come for me Capcom.
