Emily barely musters the strength to follow a trio of cats one evening, into an eerie light that winds like silken strands through the night. Gossamer threads tangle and flare then die away, leaving Emily feeling younger than her years. She abandons her walker and waltzes on nimble feet down the dark neighborhood street, marveling at all the intertwining tendrils that most humans can't see. But one is a muddy muted color, jagged and spiked, leading from one vandalism to another. Birgitta the nun, the grumpiest sister ever taking vows, is forever hiding in the Monastery. She wants nothing but to mind her own business - pleasantly seated in her favorite chair in front of a good fire - but is forced on an adventure, as a wizard suddenly turns up at the monastery, bringing her wayward manners and useless staff. The adventure, such as it turns out to be, brings heaps of misunderstandings, some hope lost, and a bundle of broken trusts. Birgitta the nun, in the end, finds herself on a quest, searching for friendship just as much as longing for solitude.

The world of Thraesh is on the brink of war. The two major countries, Albion and Hindustan, have despised each other for years, and war seems imminent. Lurking behind the impending doom is a woman from another universe, manipulating events for the sheer fun of it with her powers of Chronomancy. An unlikely group of people from other worlds gather together to stop the war and find the Chronomage before her meddling causes irreparable damage. Written with collaboration between R.C. Fletcher, Xanxa Raggatt, K.V. Wilson, and A.N.A..

A collection of tales I wrote to meet the challenges of the Weekend write-in Prompts on Amazon's writing platform, (the soon to close) WriteOn for Kindle. At around 500 words each, they are quick little reads to fill in a dull moment.

Writing short stories is delightful, writing them every week is stimulating and when there is a theme/prompt to stick to, it is twice as delightful and stimulating. This book is a collection of random short stories written to weekly writing prompts from the WriteOnWriters Community.

'Moodling' - it's all about mental doodling. This time it's looking at and loving many so-called 'material' things in my life. Read about my much beloved possessions, and try to decide what you would choose to take with you if disaster threatened. I think I would run around like a chicken with its head chopped off, trying to decide - and finally take nothing (or something perfectly ridiculous).

Eve Andric has lived a sheltered life in Nottingham. She knows nothing of The Story and what her parents did to save it until a former Guardian turns up dead in Sherwood Forest. After learning about The Story from her mother, Eve is eager to explore the new world before her. She gets her chance sooner than she expected when a wounded Merlin tells her that both her parents have been kidnapped. Eve works with Merlin and the children of her mother's best friends to rescue their abducted parents. But it soon becomes apparent that the children's destinies are more deeply entwined into The Story than they know, and trust runs thin between them.
