The current Flash tells Terry someone is out to kill Batman, yet rubs into his face he's not Nightwing. So, on top of not knowing who his real father is, Terry also doesn't know who's wanting to kill him. Disclaimer - I don't own Batman, Young Justice or Batman Beyond. Still going with my alternate origin story for Terry and having fun with it. :)

Write to Rank: A Wattpad Action Competition. This is a nine-round competition that I've decided I'll give a try. This is entry one. I'm going to call this series of one shots The Nine Trials, along with the title of said one shot. Prompt: An exactly 100 word flash fiction about a captured moment in time. This fits? I think? This was written for Write to Rank 2022 - the Green Belt rank where the goal was to write a 1,150-1,200 word story combing the action genre with romance and this is what I came up with.

Artemis never expected to find herself in the given situation. Disclaimer - I don't own Teen Titans or Young Justice. This is written for the first rank of the Write to Rank on Action's profile page. This is a stand alone one-shot for by Beyond series where the Teen Titans came before the team in Young Justice, but the prompt is to - within one-hundred words - write a story for the prompt, "the realization you are in danger" for the Action genre.

This is where I'll be posting all of my entries for writing contests and one-shot prompt responses from now on, as well as requests about my characters and any other random things that spring to my mind! Cover by my friend, @lllumos!

Sebastian is always looking for adventure, even though Robin has reason to dislike him doing so. Disclaimer - I don't own My Time or Stardew Valley. This was written for the sixth round of Write to Rank 2023 where the goal was to write a 1,150-1,200 word story combining the action and adventure genre and this is what I came up with for that prompt.

There are a lot of things Unsuur is unsure about, but he's quite sure the local owner of the Blue Moon Saloon - Owen, doesn't like him, just as sure as his memories of his time prior to being a member of Logan's gang are a mangled mess. Disclaimer - I don't own My Time At Sandrock. This was written for the Brown Belt round for Write to Rank 2022 where the goal was to write a story between 1.9-2k of the action genre with three other criteria. One of the characters must have a secret, I must use the words, "We need to go back to the beginning to figure this out" and it must end at a cliffhanger. Here's my story.

In Mary's mind, Terry can't even begin to fathom why she never told him who his real father was, yet Catalina Flores showing up in town after Nightwing reappears brings everything rushing back. She chooses to confront the past, even only partly. Disclaimer - I don't own Batman or Batman Beyond. This is working with my alternative head canon for Terry's origin where his biological father isn't Bruce, but someone else. This varies from my other stories featuring said headcanon slightly in the fact Mary/Helena knows Nightwing's not really dead, although the rest of the world thought so. The third round of Write to Rank involved "an epic banter between good and bad", but I also found myself currently thinking about how DC never addressed Tarantula raping Dick, so I ended up with an epic banter with multiple "goods" chewing out the "bad" on this one. Not quite the result I wanted, but it works.

Sebastian tried living a normal life, but one jumino decided to come with him. Disclaimer - I don't own Stardew Valley. This was written for the Blue Belt round for Write to Rank 2023 where I was to write a 1.15-1.2k story blending the action and fantasy genre and this is what I came up with. The story is AU in that there is no indicator Joja knows anything about the jumino in game, but this would also take place prior to the game events as Sebastian isn't living in Stardew Valley where Pelican Town is.
