It was a split moment on the battlefield. Disclaimer - I don't own My Time At Sandrock. This one-shot is written for the White Belt challenge for Write to Rank 2022 over on Wattpad. The prompt for this particular challenge was, "It's chaos all around you, but for a split second you look up and across the battlefield. What do you see or what emotion do you feel? Can you make us experience the moment in just 100 words?" And yes, the story for this challenge needed to be 100 words. For those who don't know the My Time At game series, the Civil Corps are the local military for the various city-states in a post-apocalyptic setting, but in the case of Sandrock the city-state of Sandrock is a wild west town which is what's driving me to write for My Time At Sandrock for Write to Rank this year. The story also contains no spoilers, only speculation regarding what Unsuur did before joining the Civil Corps in Sandrock as well as leaving his exact relationship with Logan open to the readers personal interpretation. It is, after all, a story told in a hundred words.

Connor wasn't the only clone they found that day. Disclaimer - I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or Young Justice. This was written for the Blue Belt rank for Write to Rank 2020. For this round we needed to write an action story 1,150-1,200 words which favors show rather than telling and is also of the sci-fi genre. I chose cloning and superhero as the sci-fi elements for this story.

Zeno never expected his world to fall apart and the stars to fall. Disclaimer - I don't own Phantasy Star Online 2 or My Time At Sandrock. This was written for Write to Rank - the red belt round, and the goal was to write a 2.9-3k story involving a spin-off to an existing action-based fandom that's popular, though they didn't specify how popular it needed to be. And we could do a crossover, so I ended up doing this for this.

Write to Rank: A Wattpad Action Competition. This is a nine-round competition that I've decided I'll give a try. This is entry one. I'm going to call this series of one shots The Nine Trials, along with the title of said one shot. Prompt: An exactly 100 word flash fiction about a captured moment in time. This fits? I think? "You may die." Her mom is weeping from the other side of the phone while Ida's intentions were keen on doing what needs to be done. Ida was stuck for a moment hearing those words from her mom while a lonely tear from her left eye fell on her cheek. "I will do whatever it takes, mom." She controls herself from bursting into tears. "I know-I know. But, just be careful dear." "I am the key. I can end this." Those brave words were from the girl who stepped back once. "I love you, Ida." Her mom boasted her with nothing but love. She shouldn't have stepped into the City of Blue. But what else could she do when she was being sucked in? Idaliah Bristor seems to have a flamboyant life which takes a mysterious turn when she enters the unmapped city of BcHaven. "I love fantasies. Impossible, only imaginable fantasies. The ones that would take me beyond and beyond my monotonous life. To other worlds. But this, isn't going to end well," Ida was saying to herself while lying down with closed eyes and recurring thoughts, starring at the bluest skies and the brightest stars. "This city leaves me gawking at its beauty and at the same time allures me to its darkest mysteries." As she was running to find a way that could push her out of the fantastical realm, the clustered thoughts in her mind hits her hard everyday, leaving her sleepless and clueless. "I don't want this. Not for me. Not for my family," she falsely admits to herself, still secretly enjoying every moment of it. Let's walk and roll with her as she says, "Whatever it may take, I'm giving it a go". •----------------• Etymology: •----------------• GEMICIDE - • Gem- The Gem Team • cide - Killing/Sacrificing 'Gemicide', the term I coined means that the Gem Girls without any hesitation is ready to sacrifice themselves for their city and people.
