Would these new overwhelming feelings freeze him with fear of fill him with excitement and courage?

Refined Sugars is not a part of a balanced reading diet. This is an eclectic grouping of short stories written by me during periods of writing droughts on my main works in progress. Zoey Baxter, or the queen bee some might say. She is the alpha at her school. The one in charge. She is tall and beautiful. Her pale skin shimmers in the sun. Her smile makes you warm inside. That is if she's smile with you and not at you. She's also the schools bully might I add. And Alexis shields biggest tormentor. Alexis is one of the many losers in South County high. She is short, dark skin. The skin that makes you think of milk chocolate and hot coco on a cold wintery night. Her hair is always out and poofy, but perfect. Setting: Starry night Prom.
