Treat this guide as an anti-guide. I don't believe in the concept of writing guides because all writing is subjective and no one-size-fits-all rules can apply to every writer. That said, it's impossible to deliberately break the rules without knowing the basics. This guide covers those basics - and why you should break them.

When Alli was 8 her mom, Lucy vanished outta the blue. There was no note, letter, or video on why she left. Her dad, Eddie was so devistated about Lucy. He began to be this evil human inside and out. He drank dayily, he smoked pot every night, and he cuts himself badly. Alli really didn't like the man who her father became. So she ran away and never came back to him. Years passed and Alli haven't heard from both of her parents which was a good thing because she found something way much better than a fucked up family. -8 years later- Alli is 16 now and she changed so much. The little girl who she was is gone and is over with. She turned into this emo depressed girl and her make up is dark plus her clothes. She has the deepest darkest secret ever that she never told anyone. Will her secret destroy her family and friends apart from her? what is gonna happen now?
