She is a rebellious lone wolf, and always demands independence. But Gloria has her reasons: she can see ghosts. These apparitions are not your classic bedsheet ghosts. They're all sad, miserable, and the spirit looks just as they did when they died. Because of this, Gloria avoids people whenever she can. She never knows who is dead and who is living. One day, Gloria runs off after school following an unpleasant event with her mother. She steals a boat and goes to the last place anyone will think to find her in: the haunted island of Poveglia.
