The story starts in 1920, where submachine guns were normalized in most militaries at this point, and the Zeppelin was a soon forgotten memory of air warfare. The Kaiser has already abdicated, leaving the country to be led by the duo of Erich Ludendorff and Paul Von Hindenburg, the German Army leaders. The two leaders have already called in all available people to fight in the last defense, including the Franco-Prussian war veterans.
