She reads it every second she can, but when she tries to share the gospel with another inmate, he throws it to the ground and the guards see it and seize it. So she begs her friends to give her another one but with the new fencing it would not fit. So they wrote verses in pieces of paper each day. She memorized everything that she could because she knew that if they found it they would take it.
