This story is a re-imagining of Wyll's story to his character arc justice. After lifting the shadow curse and defeating Ketheric Thorm at Moonrise Towers, Wyll Ravengard and his companions make their way to Baldur's Gate seeking the Netherstones and to finally cure them of their illithid tadpoles. Wyll grapples with his identity as he is faced with a choice that could forever alter him: for better or for worse. A malevolent deity, a devilish patron, and a dormant dragon fight for Wyll's soul as he wonders if he will ever reclaim his humanity and his freedom.
