Curtains Rise is a collection of plays. Each play in this collection is a window into a different world, some filled with raw intensity, others with quiet contemplation, and some with the echoes of laughter and pain. Whether it's an intimate two-person drama or a grand ensemble piece, these plays are written to be felt, not just performed. So take your seat, let the lights dim, and watch as the stories unfold.

Once, A friend asked me why I don't write funny stories? At that time, I didn't have an answer. After thinking about it for a looong time, I tried to find a funny bone in my body but I realized I didn't have one. So, This is my journey to explore funny, to capture various types laugh, smile, smirk. I wanted to write down the movement of the muscles surrounding the mouth while human laugh-smile-smirk-grin, through words... About, naming it. 'প্রেক্ষাপট', first then I thought, I should write these stories in English. So, I changed the name from প্রেক্ষাপট to 'Sidequest'. I present you 'Tales from an outpost called Sidequest'. In this village weird things happen.

As i rewrite this, chapters will begin to be deleted.
