This is my AU! (Wings AU) Grian awakes one day in his castle in the rocks, to find a rather jarring discovery. He now has wings, glittering a dark purple. He must hide this fact from his friends and figure out what caused this. But when he finds out the truth, will he be able to fix the mess that he has made and reverse this before his friends catch on? Or will he find that its already too late and the damage has been done? Xelqua is a Prime admin. But little did his friends know, he escaped from the watchers. He got invited to the Hermitcraft server, and became known as Grian. But then, strange symbols began to appear, and things started happening to the players. Grian once watched as his sever and friends were torn apart on Evo. Will history repeat itself? The hermits wake up with no knowledge of who they are, where they are, or what their doing there. In addition to this total memory loss, they soon discover that they've all woken up speaking completely different languages. With no way to understand those outside of small groups, they start to form alliances with those they understand...and rivalries with those they don't. How will they learn to deal with this situation? ..... And what caused the memory loss in the first place?

When rift opens in the skies of hermitcraft, the server is shocked by what falls through. A watcher. Xelqua is powerful, hunted, and hiding the truth for a reason. As the Hermits struggle to decide whether he's a threat or a victim, something far worse begins to take notice. Because the Watchers never stop watching. And they always come back for what's theirs. Note: This is my first time making a fanfic based around Grain and the watcher lore that surrounds him. I've only every watched season 11 an mainly from Joel's and Grain's perspective so that is where I will base this story. I'm really sorry if that goes against some kind of code or doesn't make sense, but please just bear with me! I don't own any characters just certain story ideas and twists, along with any OCs I may introduce Xelqua has been waiting for the one to find him for...quite a long time now. Yet he knew the AGREEMENT would go through, but what was the agreement again? He had forgotten.. now he wasn't sure who exactly he was waiting for just that he want to be FOUND.

Grain was just able to escape the watchers, he ended up on a strange server called the DreamSmp. He met a lot of new people the first one was definitely the loudest one named TommyInnit. There where a lot of others but a few stuck out, especially Dream. Dream seemed like he was trying to hide something. But the other people that seemed to stick out where Technoblade who didn't seem to like him very much and Philza who he didn't think was suspicious or anything but what made him stick out was his wings, it's now out of the ordinary for people to have different odd attributes like Techno but wings where only earned in very specific way, like finding an elytra, but those weren't real wings he couldn't help but be curious. But what he did know was that he needed to stay away from the watchers and make sure that this server doesn't have the same fate as Evo.
