During the Star Festival Aether makes a simple wish. "Hey Xiao, do you believe in second chances, like being reincarnated in another life? If so, do you think we'd be together in that life too?" Aether questioned, looking at Xiao who looked puzzled for a moment. Xiao smiled softly and then gave his answer. "Bosciaous always told us that if we believe hard enough and if our hearts are full of love and strength, nothing is impossible." Xiao was.. A thief. He didn't enjoy calling himself that, but if the shoe fit. He stole for his own living, and his partner in crime, Tao. They roamed the streets of dust, taking anything they could off of the carts. He didn't feel like changing his ways, he'd grown up with only that. But... Maybe a certain prince who comes along could rock his ways? Aether. The prince of Agrabah. He is totally swept by his beauty, but can a commoner like himself, much less a thief, ever get a chance? Xiao allows himself to rub the lamp, in hopes of finding out.

The sun proposed to the moon, and the moon said "I don't know, I don't know, I don't know! Give me a break!" If the moon said yes, the sun would explode of joy, if it said no the sun would no longer shine, the only way to keep the sun shining was to say "I don't know!" Then the sun married saturn reason to saturn having 7 rings and the moon being upset because he loved the sun but ended up being forgotten. Xiao/Aether fic inspired by the song "O Sol e a Lua!" I love this song so much and after finding out the lore and stuff behind it, I'm just pretty inspired to write a angsty XiaoTher fic about it!!
