Xiao dying will never happen again. Nor will he come back from the grave. He never wanted to hurt him, he never wanted to leave him, but the cemetery gates were soon to 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞. No one, would want to see their lover, even fake lovers, die like Xiao did. Venti still loved Xiao till this very day, he could not let him go, Venti needs to let Xiao go, both of them will never be able to tell eachother their love, Venti can't show him anymore 'love' and Xiao will never come back again, Xiao leaving him behind is not true, for he is always in the wind beside Venti. It's good that Xiao will never die again. It's bad that Venti can't let him go, couldn't tell him his real feelings and show his love one more time to Xiao.
