In a world where you can see colours only when you meet your soulmate, Xiao didn't think he would meet his until he saw Aether.

Aether and Paimon are going to see the Lantern Rite Festival in Liyue Harbor for the night, a break from fighting couldn't possibly be anything more, but as Xiao tags along things take a turn like they didn't expect.

Aether, a teenage boy who goes to school, gets decent grades and stuff. Though he plays dating simulator that he refuses to admit he likes. Mostly because it has guys. But there's one guy he likes more than the others named Xiao. one day he comes back home from school to find that exact guy in his room. He now has to hide Xiao away from his parents, sisters, and friends.

Aether is exhausted, after his Sister left him over night without any trace or reason, he had to care for himself . Which isn't exactly easy in a society that only cares for you when you have Powers that are Beyond the Physik and understandig of humankind.
