Lucifers wife, Alice, is stuck in heaven. She has always been in heaven and already had a relationship with lucifer before he got send away. They found a way to stay in cintact and married in secret. When the rest of the angels found out they had contact they kept her in heaven and made sure they had no contact. Alice finds out she's pregnant and knows she can't hide it from the angels. When Charlies born they send her to Lucifer, who didn't know she had been pregnant, and they told Alice her daughter had died and Lucifer now went with Lilith. ⚠️i don't own hazbin hotel⚠️
