Their powers were so different yet their backgrounds were so similar. He was fire, filled with anger and hate while she was water, filled with relaxation and calmness. They took their pain and let it out differently. When they first were introduced everyone in the school thought they would have hated each other yet they were proven wrong. Erik and Charles rescued her from a mental institution that experimented on her in order to control her powers. "Professor there are two kids fighting at the pool." Rogue , one of my students, said softly. "Thank you for telling me." I said with a smile. "What is going on?" I asked as I made it to the pool and saw Bobby and John fighting. "He started it." John growled out. "Well I'm finishing it, class now or I will send you to the Professor's office." I ordered. "Yes Professor." Bobby said as he walked away. I smiled as I shook my head and walked to my class. "Mom!" A voice yelled. I smiled as I turned to see my five year old daughter run up to me. "Hello Sweetheart, what are you up to?" I asked as I picked her up. "Running from papa." She said with a giggle. I smiled as I saw my husband of twenty years walking towards us.
