This story is for people who are worried about what middle school to choose after elementary school. I hope you get a huge laugh out of this!!

Buried history, a small novel made by Vel and Xavier. What would you do if you saw a merman lurking around in the depth of the water while you are taking a dip? Would you try and contact them? Or would you swim away? History shows that curiosity, a feeling well known to humans, would usually take over and most would approach the merpeople. That was the same for the princess, but it was quite the opposite indeed. Instead, she would be intrigued by the human and approached them first. The two conversed, and eventually fell in love. Usually there would be flowers and rainbows and everyone cheering, but not in this story. The poor princess found out that the man was using her, and he already was married to another women far inland. She grew in a blind rage, and attacked him, which led to him bringing the soldiers and her bringing the knights as the merpeople and humans clashed on for 12 days. The fight resulted in multiple casualties, a mermaid with no fin, and a man with no sight. The mermaid was shunned, and was eventually killed. She couldn't resist anyways. What is a mermaid if they have no fins? They become..dinner. This began a deep rooted hatred between the humans and merpeople as both plotted for each other's demise. Though that battle was 100 years ago, doubt still lingered with the merpeople whilst the humans were naïve and continued to dream about mermaids and unicorns. Merpeople were now simply..a myth to humans. Well, that's what Leo thought until he found a merman, like a deer caught in headlights, scarfing down bread. What will this encounter lead to? Hopefully, not another war..heheh.

When Leo makes his way back from Ogygia with Calypso, his plan to get home faster fails to take them back to Camp Half Blood, it instead takes them to Middle Earth, where there's a great dragon who lives in a castle in the Lonely Mountain, and a small Hobbit who has an obsession with a golden ring. Leo, Calypso, and Festus need to find a way to get back to Camp Half-Blood before they get killed. (These characters do not belong to me)
