In a world obsessed with light and good, Nakano Kato was born from the shadows. She spent most of her life being judged over something she can't control. Her quirk was first oppressed by society before it was suppressed by her. When she enrolls at UA, she feels like an imposter as she has a child's understanding of her power and no true ambition to be a hero. Then, she meets the twenty other bright-eyed hopefuls of class 1-A and quickly starts to realize that she might woefully misunderstand a world she thought she knew. Thrown into the chaos of villain attacks, rivalries, friendships, and a world that grows far less black and white the more she's in it, Nakano slowly begins to realize that being a true hero is something more than society has painted it. As she discovers who she is and what she wants, Nakano finds things she never expected: people who don't look at her quirk with fear, friends willing to stand beside her, and teachers willing to stand up for her. But as the threat of war between heroes and villains grows larger, Nakano must dig deep inside herself to figure out what's important to her as both a person and a hero.

A child born into secrecy, hidden from the world, finally comes into the light to help save it. This story follows All Might's child, Sam Yagi, as they strive to become one of the best heroes of the age. With the help of those around them, Sam overcomes obstacle after obstacle, from their own demons to the greatest of villains.

Shigaraki Yoichi found himself in a dark room. A room which was definitely not the vestige realm he and his fellow dead successors had been inhabiting for the last few months. No, it was literally just some dark room. It was cold, there were no windows or lights. Yoichi couldn't tell where the exit was and on top of all that, he couldn't feel the presence of any of his successors. The white haired man's lips curved up, not in a smile that could indicate he was amused but in a way a defeated kind of way. As some says, some friendships are just poorly matched friends but they work in such mysterious ways, even make people wonder how they end up as a group. This applies to these group. Consisting of Shouta AIzawa, Hizashi Yamada, Kayama Nemuri, Toshinori Yagi, Enji Todoroki . People were used to seeing the trio of UA, but soon adding Yagi to the circle, however they couldn't understand how Enji was dragged to them, but he never left since then. What luck. He was perfectly ready to resign himself to dying in this dirty alleyway when a man weilding a capture scarf swung down to meet him, eyes burning a gorgeous shade of red. Toshinori found his successor.
