In a city called Kanai Ward, the city with never ending rain, the master detectives from around the globe were ordered to go to the city and wait for orders from WDO. A girl named Marie Rosehearts is one of the many master detectives that received the order. But she's not alone, she's also being haunted by a Death God named Shiki. She formed a pact with him from a long time ago, and the cost is her memories for the pact. Along the way, she met another person who is also haunted by another Death God. His name is Yuma Kokohead Will Marie and Yuma be able to solve the mysteries of Kanai Ward, or will the mysteries drown in the rain forever?
